Shipping within Egypt

• Cairo & Giza: 1–2 working days — EGP 60
• Alexandria & Delta: 2–3 working days — EGP 90
• Rest of Egypt: 3–5 working days — EGP 120
• Free shipping on orders over EGP 3,000.

International shipping

We ship to the Gulf, Europe, and North America. Rates and timing are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm Cairo time are dispatched the same working day (Sunday–Thursday). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email returns@cottome.eg with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Sale items and personalised pieces are final.
