1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using cottome.eg you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to your screen. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel any order at our discretion; in such cases you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and cash on delivery within Egypt. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery

Standard delivery within Egypt is 2–5 working days. International shipping is available on request. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

6. Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Sale items are final.

7. Intellectual property

All content on cottome.eg — including text, photography, prints, and the Cotto Me name and logo — is the property of Cotto Me and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cotto Me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Cairo.
